On Sunday, February 18, former Martin Luther King High standout Kayla Estrada’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place in Mobile, Alabama. This was their first matchup against the Central Michigan Chippewas this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 1 at 12:30 p.m. in Bowling Green, Kentucky against Southern Illinois Salukis.
