25-1272 A motion to approve the open session minutes from the September 9, 2025 Naperville board of fire and police meeting and approve and keep sealed the closed session minutes from the September 9, 2025 Naperville board of fire and police meeting

pursuant to Section 2(c)(1), 2(c)(11), and 2(c)(21) of the Open Meetings Act to consider information concerning the employment, appointment, discipline, performance and dismissal of specific candidates and specific employees in the Naperville Police and Fire Departments, pending litigation, and to consider closed session meeting minutes.
