PUBLIC COMMENT:
A. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m. by Chairman Losurdo and attendance taken by Caitlin Smith.
B. ROLL CALL:
Present 5 - Mike King, Robert Grant, Chad Earl, Deana Losurdo, and Michael Damico
C. PUBLIC FORUM:

1. Police Department Report
Recruitment - Successful recruitment fair at WIU
Testing - Lateral interviews today
Promotional - Sergeant interviews coming up on 10/24
2. Fire Department Report
Recruitment - Public Safety open house 9/27
Testing - New hire test coming up in November
Promotional - Anticipating retirements at the end of this year
3. Legal Report
Annual Conference coming up on November 7, 2025
E. OLD BUSINESS:
9/26 possible second date for lateral interviews on zoom
10/23 1 sergeant interview; Fire CAPS event
10/24 full day of sergeant interviews

A motion to approve the open session minutes from the September 9, 2025 Naperville board of fire and police meeting and approve and keep sealed the closed session minutes from the September 9, 2025 Naperville board of fire and police meeting
