Dekalb Park District recently issued the following announcement.
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: DeKalb Nature Trail
Join the DeKalb Rotary Club as they raise funds for the restoration of the DeKalb Nature Trail. This family-friendly walk and bike ride will be great fun for all ages. The event will be held on Monday, Sept 3rd from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Hikers will meet at the Sycamore Road end of the Nature Trail and Bikers will meet at the shelter in Hopkins Park for a family-friendly 4-mile bike ride route.
All participants will receive a t-shirt, $10 for adults, Free for children 12 and under (with paying adult.)
