City Of Sandwich Police Department issued the following announcement on.
On 10/24/2018 at 1:57 pm, Sandwich Officers arrested 22 year old Victor Schissler of College Ave., Ottawa after a traffic stop at Main and Water Streets, Sandwich.
Schissler was charged with Driving While License Suspended and cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He did post bond after being booked and was released with a court date at the Dekalb County Courthouse on 11/27/2018 at 9:00 am.
