CITY OF DEKALB Alert: City Hall phones including the police department are experiencing technical difficulties with their external telephone system. 9 1 1 remains fully functional and can be used for emergency calls. To reach a police dispatcher on a non emergency line, please use 8 1 5. 9 0 1. 7 7 3 9
