      a) Consulting fee Wall and Associates 01/02/19 $10,613.01 for 4th quarter 2018.

      b) First National Bank 10/11/18 $820.00 for 3rd quarter, 2018 (#30286 10/26/18); 01/11/19 $827.00 for 4th quarter, 2018.

      c) Lauterbach and Amen #31016 10/20/18 $790 for September, 2018 (30284 10/30/18); #31566 10/20/18 $790 for October, 2018 (#30284 10/30/18); #32029 11/11/18 $570 for FY17 Municipal Compliance Report; #32484 12/20/18 $790 for November, 2018.

      d) Boldt Trustee class expenses $45.24 (#30287 11/9/18).

      a) Accept payment of Elise Duzek Chapter 3 transfer from Rock Falls PD of $31,591.76. Transfer is paid in full. Her new DOH: 04/02/15.

      b) Mario Nonnenmann purchase of two years military service for $42,003.17 with new Date of Hire of: 09/14/99.

      c) Approval of new Lauterbach and Amen contract to 12/31/2023.

      d) Raul Barraza refund of $5,641.69 in contributions. DOT:10/06/18.

      e) Approval of 2019 COLA.

Adjournment. Next meeting April 19, 2019. 2019 meeting dates: January 18, April 19, July 26 (note this is 4th Friday of the month), and October 18.
