How did Robert Pritchard spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Robert Pritchard's election campaign committee, Citizens for Pritchard, spent $7,399 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Pritchard's committee spent the most on fund raising (food) in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,217) going to Kishwaukee Country Club in Dekalb. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Pritchard's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
