How did Paul Stoddard spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Paul Stoddard's election campaign committee, Citizens For Stoddard, spent $11,871 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Stoddard's committee spent the most on social media advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,500) going to Viamedia in Lexington. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Stoddard's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
