Republican Doug Johnson's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Doug Johnson, spent $4,796 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Johnson's committee spent the most on promotional items in the quarter, with 74.2% of this total ($2,156) going to OLT Marketing Inc. in Dekalb. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Johnson's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
