Sandwich (DeKalb County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Sandwich in DeKalb County fell by $41,954 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,993 - a 34.7% decrease over the $120,947 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sandwich in the first quarter of 2017.
