Sycamore home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Sycamore fell by $12,001 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,600 - a 9.7% decrease over the $123,601 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Sycamore in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
