DeKalb home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in DeKalb rose by $24,950 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 34.2% increase over the $73,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in DeKalb in July 2016, as well.
