DeKalb home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in DeKalb fell by $3,445 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,955 - a 2.7% decrease over the $125,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in DeKalb in April 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in DeKalb for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,771, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
