DeKalb home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in DeKalb rose by $59,640 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,900 - a 131.8% increase over the $45,260 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in DeKalb in May 2017.
