DeKalb home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in DeKalb rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 41.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in DeKalb in the second quarter of 2018.
