Cortland home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Cortland fell by $10,450 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,300 - a 6.2% decrease over the $167,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Cortland in the first half of 2018.
