a. Resolution FP-R2019-03: Placing the FY 2020 Forest Preserve District’s Budget on File for Public Inspection. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners do hereby place on file in the DeKalb County Clerk’s Office, on the County’s Website, and at two other geographically diverse public offices (the Sandwich City Hall and the office of the Genoa City Clerk), for public inspection, the attached budget, as well as information utilized by the Committee in preparation of the 2020 Fiscal Year Budget. Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Hughes, seconded by Mr. Porterfield and approved unanimously.
b. Claims to be Paid in October 2019: Move to approve the payment of claims for this month, and the off-cycle claims paid during the previous month, including all claims for travel, meals, and lodging, in the amount of $86,201.78.
