a. Payment of the bills since the last regular meeting

6. Treasurer’s Report/Investment Transactions

a. Report from Treasurer Adam Orton on the status of the fund including investment transactions between April 16, 2020 and July 16, 2020.

b. Report from Great Lakes Advisors on market trends, fund performance and investment options.

a. Investments Maturing and Reinvestment of Funds [action item]

• The Board will consider investment recommendations made by the investment manager.

b. Consideration of fiduciary insurance renewal [action item]

• The Board currently has a fiduciary insurance policy which was purchased through Mesirow Financial. The policy is set to expire on September 1, 2020.

c. Consideration of FY 2020 continuing education options [action item]

• The pension statute requires 16 hours of continuing education by each returning board member, eight hours of which needs to focus on ethics. New board members are required to complete 32 hours of training.

d. Discussion of utilizing a professional service for the calculation of pension benefits and the processing of pension payroll
