On Sept. 30, Tyrus R Swedberg purchased a home at 1255 Hillside Road, Sycamore from Luther Dale Swedberg and Swedberg Linda E By Poa for $154,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,789.10, 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Sycamore.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Luther D. Swedberg has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 1255 Hillside Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carol R. Olsen, 79, Luther D. Swedberg, 80, Erica J. Robbin, 50, Linda E. Swedberg, 79, and George D. Olsen, 81.
