B) Approve A Resolution Authorizing A Temporary Road Closure For The Genoa-Kingston High School Homecoming Parade

C) Approve An Ordinance Amending Title 1, Chapter 4, General Penalty, Section 1 Of The City Code Of The City Of Genoa

This ordinance amends the General Penalty section of the Municipal Code which establishes various fines and fees. The Police Department is recommending increasing many of the fines by increments of $20-$50 because they have not been increased since 2015. Increasing fines will aid in covering the increased costs of policing.

D) Approve And Authorize The Mayor To Execute A Letter Exercising The City’s Option To Extend A Lease Agreement For A 5 Year Term For The Property At 311 Duval Street
