The DeKalb County Community Mental Health Board (MHB) has launched a community survey. We need to listen to the community’s needs regarding how community members think, feel, act, make choices, and deal with stress. This survey aims to educate the MHB on how you feel about mental health and how you think help should be provided when needed. The MHB will then work with our partners to provide access and services to our community. We need your input to collect the best information possible. The survey can be completed online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CEBiB2022, or paper copies are available from the MHB office at 815-899-4960. The survey will help the MHB determine the best ways to help residents access information and mental health services. Those completing the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of three $100 Visa gift cards or one of five $25 Visa gift cards.
