How did home prices perform in Waterman during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Waterman fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 21.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 15.8 percent decrease from the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Waterman in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Waterman for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,210, approximately three percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
