a. SPECIAL USE PERMITS – Requests by Nexamp Solar for approval of two Special Use Permits to establish and operate two adjacent, but separate, 2-megawatt solar located on property on the east side of Genoa Road, approximately 1,200 feet north of Melms Road, in Kingston Township. The first solar garden (KI-22-06) will be 14.43-acres, and the second (KI-22-07) will be 14.81-acres.

b. MAP AMENDMENT – Request by Terra Firma Equity Group, LLC to rezone property from BC, Business Conservation District to PD-I, Planned Development – Industrial District in order to allow for multiple uses, U-Haul Rental and a storage facility to collocate on property located at 13567 State Route 38, in Cortland Township. Petition: CO-22-08.

c. SPECIAL USE PERMIT – Request by BAP Illini, LLC for approval of a Special Use Permit to establish and operate a 2-megawatt garden on the southeastern 15-acres of the 81.46- acre property located on the southeast corner of Crego and Keslinger Roads. east side of Genoa Road, in Afton Township. Petition: AF-22-09

d. VARIATION – Request by Thomas Markham for to allow the expansion of an existing legal non-conforming garage on a 0.96-acre property located at 6393 State Route 72, Kirkland, in Franklin Township, zoned A-1, Agricultural District. Petition: FR-22-10
