Ordinance #O2023-08: Special Use Request by New Leaf Energy, Inc. to allow for the construction and operation of a 5-megawatt solar farm on 35-acres of the 100.95-acre property located on the southeast corner of Kane and Preserve Roads, in Clinton Township. The property is zoned A-1, Agricultural District. (Petition CL-23-02)
