The Ordinance will refer all fees to the Annual Fee Ordinance.) Third Reading.

Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance No. 2023-07 – An Ordinance Establishing Fees, Charges, Fines, Penalties, and Other Regulatory Measures (Annual Fee Ordinance) (If passed, this Ordinance will set forth the fees, rates, and charges for Section 78-101. – Connections to wastewater facilities; Section 78-151. – Wastewater service charge; Section 78-158. – Wastewater service charges - Rates; Section 78-201. – Meter required; Section 78-207. – Rates; Section 78-208 – Billing Procedure; and, Section 78-276 - Fee. The Ordinance will set forth new fees, rates, and charges for utilities.) Third Reading.
