E. NEW BUSINESS:
1. 24-0215 Receive an update on the resolution eliminating the individual City Council funding recommendation portion of the SECA grant process
2. 24-0216 Revise the CY24 unified funding recommendation due to the cancelation of a community arts initiative
3. 24-0217 Review draft CY25 Application Timeline and reach consensus on mandatory workshop scheduling and content
