Home valuation prices decreased in DeKalb County in January 2024, compared to January 2023

In January, the median sale price of a home in DeKalb County fell by $52,050 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were four homes sold in January, with a median sale price of $109,450 - a 32.2% decrease from the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in DeKalb County in January 2023.
