a. Resolutions FP-R2025-003—A Resolution Approving the Acquisition of Property Adjacent to the Sannauk and Sannauk South Forest Preserves Preserve in Somonauk Township in the Amount of $636,000.

Arden Dewey, as Trustee of the Robert C. Dewey Residuary Trust has offered and agreed to sell approximately 24 acres of land adjacent to Sannauk and Sannauk South Forest Preserves and the Somonauk Trail (see attached map) to the DeKalb County Forest Preserve District for $26,500 per acre = $636,000 total price including interest). This property will be sold on a 5 year installment contract
