Sandwich Central Fire Protection District responded to 132 calls in 2017 - 7.7 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.
The calls in Sandwich included 37 fires - 19 structure fires, one vehicle fire and 17 other fires.
In all, the department saw $327,300 in fire loss - or about $8,846 per fire.
The department also received 95 false calls, including one malicious call and 94 other false calls.
