Sandwich (DeKalb County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Sandwich in DeKalb County rose by $48,447 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,947 - a 66.8% increase over the $72,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sandwich in the first quarter of 2016.
